If the item is "defective", the manufacturer will replace it. This product is unconditionally guaranteed to be free of factory defects. The guarantee does not apply to damage arising from neglect, accidental or intentional damage, institutional or commercial use, damage or wear due to exposure to extreme sunlight, temperature, moisture or humidity. You must contact Sports Fans Plus if the item is defective or damaged.
Return Policy
The manufacturer will accept returns up to 30 days after receipt. The item must be in its original packaging and may not have been used. It must be able to be sold again. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund along with a 20% of the purchase price restocking fee. It will be necessary for you to arrange and pay for any return shipping costs.
